Tatooine /way -7574 -1814 (Near Jawa Traders POI)
Elite Mutant Womprat:
Go to Bestine, ride around the city until you find Mutant Womprat lairs. After you kill a couple of them Elites start to spawn. Also destroy all other other creature lairs to get more Mutant Womprat lairs.
Lessert Desert Womprat:
/way 3422 -5152 4 static spawns. Pain in the ass.
